A Simpler Approach to Payment Limits

Southern Ag Today did an article on the issue of payment limits and LLCs. However, there is a much simpler method than their example.

Southern Ag Today earlier this week had an article on how FSA payments limits are affected by a farming entity that is an LLC.

The article showed an example of an LLC that is owned equally by three owners who are all actively involved in the farming operation which comprises about 2,800 acres of rice production.
