We get some questions from time to time about the number of Code Sections that deal directly with farmers. We asked our AI tax research software to generate a table of most of the Code Sections that deal directly or perhaps indirectly with farmers, farmers or agribusiness.
The table lists over 50 Code Sections that meet this requirement. In addition to this listing, there are many other code sections that are applicable to farmers too but are too general to list.
