We have posted many times on the Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting required under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) as administered by www.fincen.gov.
Yesterday, February 6, 2025, the Government filed a motion in the Samantha Smith et al case. That case resulted in a judge granting an injunction against having to file BOI reports but only for those plaintiffs.
