BOI Extension to January 1, 2026 Introduced in the Senate

Two Republican Senators introduce a bill to extend BOI reporting to the end of 2025.

U.S. Senators Katie Britt (R-Ala.) and Tim Scott (R-S.C.) introduced a bill last week to extend the Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) until the end of 2025.

A similar bill was passed in the House on a 408-0 vote.
