We had a reader ask if we could defer FARM Act Payments
Payments related to damage to crops such as receiving crop insurance proceeds can be deferred one year after the year of damage in certain situations. However, the proceeds must be related to damage and not price.
We had a reader ask us if they would be able to defer income recognition for one year.
