Reuters and Bloomberg have conflicting guidance on Section 45Z

On Tuesday, December 3, 2024, Reuters reported that the Biden administration will likely not issue any guidance on Section 45Z before President Trump’s administration takes over.

However, later in the day Bloomberg reported that Treasury Department will issue guidance on Section 45Z before January 20, 2025.

Who do we believe.
