Corporate Transparency Act Appeal Reaches the 11th Circuit
The appeal of the CTA being ruled unconstitutional has reached the 11th Circuit Court
The Northern District of Alabama Federal Court had ruled the Corporate Transparency Act unconstitutional back in March of this year. Recently the 11th Circuit Court heard the appeal of this decision by the federal government and based on the readings we have seen the ruling may be overturned.
