We continue to get questions from CPAs about what income is required to be reported for farmers who need to get an increase in the payment limits under ECAP.

Remember, you do not need to do any calculations if the total payment amount is less than $125,000. It is only when it exceeds this amount that you will need to calculate whether farm GROSS INCOME, not AGI is greater than 75% of total Gross Income.
