ERP Phase 2 Payout Percentage
It appears that USDA may have paid out 100% of the ERP Phase 2 claims.
USDA rushed out the ERP Phase 2 claims last week in anticipation of a government shutdown.
USDA originally estimated that there would be total claims of $1.5 billion with $1.2 billion budgeted for those claims. This means that only 80% of the claims would be paid.
