FARM Act Likely To See Changes Before it Might be Enacted
The Farmer Assistance and Revenue Mitigation Act has a long way to go before it gets enacted
The Farmer Assistance and Revenue Mitigation Act provides for payments to farmers on a National level. SouthernAg Today released a report showing their estimates for the 8 crops listed in the Act.
We had previously reported our estimates of these per acre payments earlier last week and we are happy to see that our numbers are not materially different from theirs. The key difference relates to their yield estimates which are likely a little more accurate than ours.
