A bill has been introduced to prevent foreign feedstock to qualify for 45Z and extend the credit for 10 years
A bipartisan group of US Senators has introduced a bill called the Farmer First Fuel Incentives Act that would require all feedstock for biofuels to be domestic. Currently most of the feedstock is either used cooking oil from China (which may not be totally used) or sugar ethanol from Brazil.
