Federal Court Rules Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) is Unconstitutional

A federal court has ruled that the CTA is unconstitutional but only for certain businesses. This will get messy.

The United States District Court for Northern Alabama has ruled in the National Small Business Association v. Janet Yellen that the CTA is unconstitutional. This is a 53-page decision and we will summarize findings.
