Secretary of Ag Rollins announced a final top-up on SDRP today

"Also, if you are an LLC or S corporation, you will be limited to one payment (plus a possible extra payment if your farm adjusted gross income exceeds 75% of your total AGI)"

So will businesses structured as an LLC get the top up payment?
