FinCEN Not Enforcing CTA for Certain Entities

FinCEN just released a notice indicating they will not enforce CTA reporting for plaintiffs in the case. However, all other entities are still required to report.

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) released a notice on March 4, 2024, indicating they will not enforce CTA reporting for the plaintiffs in the National Small Business United v. Yellen case.
