FinCEN Provides Updated FAQs on Corporate Transparency Act and Reporting Beneficial Owners
The FinCEN website has updated their FAQs and now provides even more details to help you with this new filing that starts in 2024.
We have posted before on the Corporate Transparency Act and even provided a webinar on it. This Act requires almost all companies including corporations, LLCs, LLPs, etc. to file a beneficial owner report with www.fincen.gov beginning in 2024.
