The Treasury Department yesterday released the annual “Green Book” that outlines the proposed tax increases and decreases after the State of the Union address.

As expected, this administration continues to propose substantial increases in taxes for certain higher income taxpayers. Some of the proposals that would affect farmers are as follows:
