House Likely to Pass Tax Bill This Week, Senate in March?
It appears that the House will pass the Tax Bill this week, but Senate will take longer and will be pass the March 1 Farmer Filing.
Based on a report from Jim Wiesemeyer, it appears that there is a good chance that the House will pass the Tax Bill this week using the suspension process. This requires a two-thirds vote of the House and prevents House members from opposing it with additional tweaks, etc.
