How 2023 and 2024 "ERP" Might Work

We know that disaster aid will be released starting at the end of the month for livestock and other disaster aid for 2024 and 2024 should start in a month or two after that.
The first round of that disaster aid will be based on updating crop insurance to higher levels as follows:
We believe that these factors will be used for 2023 and 2024, however, the name of the program will likely not be the Emergency Relief Program (ERP) but we will continue to call it that for now.
