The IRS issued Notice 2024-2 that provides guidance in a Q&A format on various provisions of Secure 2.0
The IRS issued Notice 2024-2 providing guidance on various sections of Secure 2.0.
Most of the notice deals with Q&As related to retirement plans and not to any of the individual provisions of Secure 2.0.
