No SDRP Payment on Price Decline Only
Remember this is a disaster payment. If the only reason you got a crop insurance payment is related to price, no SDRP payment.
We just got this simple question - “So on a purely decline in price claim can they get SDRP?”
The answer is no. If the only reason you got a crop insurance claim is because the final harvest price was lower than the projected price, you will not qualify for SDRP.
Remember you have to certify what type of disaster caused your drop in yield, not a drop in price.
