Still Don't Have to File BOI Reports

FinCEN.gov responds to Supreme Court ruling today.

In our earlier post, we indicated the Supreme Court had lifted the injunction on filing BOI reports.

Today, www.fincen.gov issued an update that you still are not required to file a BOI report but can continue to file if you prefer. They refer to the Smith Case still winding its way to through the court as a reason to allow this.

Also, with a new administration they may not be as eager to enforce this law.
