Supreme Court Rules Against Connelly

The United States Supreme Court (Supreme Court Docket 23-146) ruled today that in almost all closely held valuations that a redemption buy-sell agreement does not create a liability which would reduce the value of stock for estate value purposes.

We may be in the minority, but we actually agree with the decision.
