The Benefits of Being an Underserved Farmer under 2022 ERP
If you qualify as an underserved farmers, you may be eligible for extra benefits under 2022 ERP Track 1 and 2 that others will not receive.
2022 ERP Track 1 and 2 adds extra benefits for underserved farmers. If the definition of underserved farmers is the same as for FSA loan programs, then the following people will qualify:
Women
African-Americans
Alaskan Natives
American Indians
Hispanics
Asians
Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders.
