The Teeter Totter Swings the Other Way on BOI

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN.gov) announces no penalties, etc. on BOI reporting

We are not sure how many times we have posted on Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting, but we are sure it is a lot.

FinCEN.gov just announced that they are delaying any enforcement action including assessing penalties or fines related to not doing the BOI reporting. They also indicate they will be issuing an interim final rule by March 21, 2025, outlining new details on who has to file these reports.
