Update on ERP and PARP
Certain members of Congress are not happy about the changes to ERP and who knows when PARP will be issued.
The Pandemic Assistance Revenue Program (PARP) was announced more than a year ago and farmers could sign up beginning January 9, 2023. In the announcement, USDA indicated that they expected to receive about $2.5 billion of claims but only $250 million was funded.
