Update on Poll From Yesterday
We review the current polling results
In yesterday’s post we did a poll on the new Qualified Pass-Through Entity rules for payment limits and in the poll we asked if this provision affected your farm operation and also asked if you need guidance soon.
So far we have received 209 votes and 50% of them say that this will affect their farm operation. Also, almost 20% of them indicated they need guidance soon.
We have had many conversations with farmers who are affected by these changes and the lack of communication on this from USDA is becoming a concern to many of these farming operations.
We hope that USDA will communicate the rules on this in the near future, especially with the June 1 reporting requirement on farming operations approaching soon.
