Updated Calculator for Negative Numbers

We update the calculator to minimize the effect of negative numbers

In our post from yesterday we provided a SDRP Stage 2 calculator and asked for feedback on the calculations.

We ended up getting some feedback that the spreadsheet can create a negative number which when it is subtracted, it adds it into the final payment amount.

We have adjusted the calculator to reflect all negative numbers as zero, therefore, that should fix the issue.
