What is Not Included in the "Big, Beautiful Bill"
We review the tax provisions that did not make it into the bill
We have a proposal from the House on income taxes which we have discussed in previous posts. However, there are certain tax items that did not make the bill.
First, President Trump had discussed dropping the corporate tax rate to 15% for domestic production. This is not in the bill. If enacted, we would see many farmers consider switching to a C corporation.
