What is the SDRP Stage 2 Payment Limit

We continue to get feedback from multiple people on what the SDRP Stage 2 payment limit is.
In today’s post we will go over those details.
First, there is a combined limit for Stage 1 and Stage 2 for both 2023 and 2024.
For 2023, the limit is $125,000 per person/entity and if you can prove that more than 75% of your adjusted gross income (AGI) is from farming, then this limit is doubled for most row crop farmers. High value and specialty crop farmers get a boost to $900,000 payment limit if they meet this test.
For 2024, we have the same details.
