USDA released some details in the Federal Register on Friday related to ARC/PLC, Base Acres and the Dairy Margin program.

In today’s post we will review how USDA will calculate the annual inflation adjustment for the new ARC/PLC payment limit. OBBBA set up the limit at $155,000 adjusted to inflation and based on the Federal Register release, it appears that inflation will apply to the 2025 crop year.
