Will BOI Reporting Get Delayed
With the election results will BOI reporting get pushed back a year. 44 House Republicans are saying yes.
Most of you that have been reading the blog are aware that the Beneficial Ownership Information reporting process started this year and all entities subject to this reporting must report before year-end (other than new entities formed after October 2, 2024).
The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) estimates that over 32 million entities will be required to report by year-end, but as of now, less than 4 million have reported.
