A Peer Group For Farm & Ranch CPA Firms and Law Firms

We will have a Zoom meeting on Friday February 2 to provide details on a peer group for CPA and Law firms that work with farmers and ranchers.

I had mentioned at the AICPA Ag Conference held last summer in Boston that I might in my “spare” time help develop a peer group for CPA and law firms that work with farmers and ranchers.

Well, I finally have some spare time (don’t tell my wife) and we are setting up a Zoom meeting for Friday February 2, 2024, to determine the structure of the peer group.

Lance Woodbury from Pinion and myself will provide facilitation for the meeting and some of the topics that we will cover are as follows:

·         Introduction

·         How does a peer group work

·         Possible structure for the peer group

·         Fees related to participating in the peer group

·         How many meetings

·         The size of the group
